Shipping Policies

Order Processing: We process and ship all orders within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package.

Delivery Time: After your order has shipped, you can expect to receive it within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim.
Zero Tolerance for Card Fraud
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
